Terms of Service

By making a purchase on our Minecraft server store, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully. If you do not agree, you are advised not to use our services.

1. Purchases and Payments

• All purchases are final. Once a purchase is made, it is non-refundable, except in specific cases where we explicitly approve a refund.
• Payments are processed through [e.g., PayPal, Credit Card, etc.] and are required for every transaction. The payment is charged immediately and must be completed before access to purchased items is granted.

2. Chargebacks and Refunds

• Chargebacks are strictly prohibited. If a chargeback or payment reversal occurs through any payment method, such as PayPal, the player will receive a permanent ban from our server. This applies to all accounts associated with the player.
• If an unauthorized chargeback is initiated, we reserve the right to take legal action and recover any damages caused to our server and community.

3. Account Security

• You are responsible for the security of your own account. We are not liable for purchases made by third parties who have access to your account. Ensure that your passwords and login details are kept secure.
• Any attempt to hack, defraud, or abuse our system may result in a permanent ban and/or legal action.

4. Virtual Items and Services

• The items purchased in the Minecraft store are virtual and remain the property of our server. You obtain a license to use these items within our server under the terms outlined here.
• We reserve the right to modify or remove items or services, including those that have been purchased. We strive to provide a consistent experience, but changes may occur.

5. Loss of Items

• We are not responsible for the loss of items due to bugs, glitches, or other technical issues within the game. Requests to restore lost items will be reviewed individually but are not guaranteed.

6. User Conduct and Server Rules

• All players must follow the server rules, which are available at https://docs.google.com/docume... . Violating these rules may result in temporary or permanent bans at our discretion.
• We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate server rules or engage in behavior harmful to the community without prior warning.

7. Termination of Service

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the server or services, temporarily or permanently, without notice. Upon server termination, we cannot be held responsible for any virtual items or services in the possession of the player.

8. Privacy

• By making a purchase, you agree that certain information, such as your username and purchase history, will be stored. 

9. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review the terms regularly. Continuing to use our services indicates your acceptance of any changes.
